MAT - 150 Discrete Math (3 s.h.)
Prerequisite: MAT - 121 College Algebra with a C or better, or an ALEKS score of at least 50, or with instructor approval. This course is an introduction to mathematical methods used in the study of computer science including logic, methods of proof, set theory, functions and relations, recursion, counting techniques, discrete probability, permutations and combinations, graphs and trees, algorithm analysis, and Boolean algebra.
