ECN - 110 Introduction to Economics (3 s.h.)
This course provides an introductory study of how individuals utilize limited resources to meet their various material wants and needs. General concepts such as scarcity, supply and demand, and the structure and function of a market economy are covered. The course will look into the aspects of fiscal and monetary policy and evaluate their usage and influence. Economic principles will be applied to various events in history.
