FLS - 142 Elementary Spanish II

Prerequisite: FLS - 141 Elementary Spanish I or minimum of one year of high school Spanish.
Designed as a continuation of FLS - 141 Elementary Spanish I, this course focuses on helping students become intermediate Spanish speakers by reinforcing their communication and comprehension skills in the language. Students will increase their linguistic knowledge and global awareness as they learn to engage in topics related to shopping, daily routine, social events, gastronomy, and technology. New grammar forms include reflexives, comparisons, impersonal expressions, and the past tense.
