PTA - 250 PTA Career Essentials

This course provides the student with job seeking skills and knowledge of the licensure process in the field of physical therapy. Students will also explore levels of authority and responsibility, inclusive healthcare, health disparities, reimbursement, and ethical/legal issues. Challenges for the new graduate, importance of continuing education and professionalism as well as continuous quality improvement including research will be covered.
