Introduction to Public Health explores concepts related to the protection and care of the community; including the 10 Essential Public Health Services and the practices of epidemiology and environmental, community, and global health. This course will review the ethical considerations in the administration of public health services as they apply to populations of interest. Additionally, various career opportunities within the public health services will be highlighted.
