LIT - 230 Law Enforcement in Contemporary Literature

Corequisite: ENG - 105 Composition I, or permission of instructor.
This course will examine issues arising in the field of law enforcement as reflected in contemporary literature and its literary antecedents. The literature will include selected works of poetry, fiction, and drama. Discussion and writing will emphasize interpretation, critical analysis, and judgment/evaluation.
