PEH - 180 Rape Education and Self Defense

This course covers some of the variables associated with sexual assault and violence, and strategies to deter sexual assault and violence. It examines ways to heighten awareness and alertness and covers tactics and strategies that can help deter violence and sexual assault. Techniques covered arm participants with information and tactical options to help avoid and/or deter violence.
