The Introduction to Residential Air Conditioning Systems Certificate prepares the individual for basic, entry-level employment in the heating and cooling industry. The program provides coursework in basic troubleshooting techniques as well as installation, diagnosis, service and repair of residential air-conditioning systems.
Visit with a NIACC program advisor for additional certificate options and more information on how to stack certificates to be applied toward a diploma and Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology.
Upon successful completion of the Introduction to Residential Air Conditioning Systems curriculum with a grade point average of 2.00 (C) or higher, the student is awarded a Certificate.
