MAT - 154 Math for Elementary Teachers II

Prerequisite: MAT - 153 Math for Elementary Teachers I, with a grade of C or higher, or permission of instructor.
This course focuses on the fundamental concepts that all K-6 teachers will teach. Students will develop mathematical tools of reasoning, problem solving, and communication. Specific topics include algebraic thinking, geometry, measurement, reasoning and proof, and technology in elementary classrooms.
