Agriculture Career Pathways

|
The NIACC Agriculture Division offers students the unique opportunity to receive hands-on learning both on- and off-campus as well as in-classroom instruction. With NIACC’s commitment to providing a live working farm, students are able to take classroom instruction and apply it directly in daily farming operations. Students are involved in all aspects of both grain and livestock production and benefit from the ability to work directly with major partners within the agriculture community. These relationships often lead to internships and eventually full-time employment. Several agriculture-specific scholarships are available for NIACC students and excellent transfer relationships and opportunities exist with four-year institutions such as Iowa State University and Northwest Missouri State University.
